Heather Williams is a singer from the UK. At some point in the 80s(?) she recorded this demo/promo recording, a cover of the 1980 Kool & The Gang hit Celebration. I can't find anything on Williams, but I bought this tape from England, so I'd assume that's where it's from.Oh Heather!
