Counsel Records was owned by Italian-born Anthony "Tony" Sepe, a record mogul, composer and producer, He was also the owner of the small independent labels like Laurel Records (1959-1961) and Domain Records.

    Thisone is great, also issued on ABC. I'm not sure that Counsel is a California label.

    Especielly considering the fact that Domain and Laurel we're New York labels.

    BTW who might that unidentified performer next to Mr. Sipe be. I swear i've seen him somewhere before ;)
